Prepayment is required to reserve your admission to the class. In the unlikely event that the class does not meet minimum participation we may reschedule the class for a later date. If we reschedule you will be notified 24 hours in advance and you may schedule another class, receive a Gift Certificate or receive a full refund.
CLASS MINIMUM: If you are unable to attend your scheduled class we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance of the class so we can correctly access minimum participation. With at least 24 hours notice you will be eligible to reschedule your participation or to receive a Gift Certificate. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: Our professional artists will assist late arrivals as much as is possible and reasonable without detracting from the experience of other guests. Please notify us by phone if you are aware of a difficulty that will cause you delay.

If a chargeback is filed for a credit, debit or paypal charge for a payment initiated by you or any authorized user of the payment method, You agree that Paint and Unwined may recover the amount of the chargeback in addition to fees by any means deemed necessary, including, but not limited to, recharging Your payment method or having the amount recovered by a collection agency.
